Application Development Specialist

We are hiring an Application Development & Integration Specialist to work on business-critical systems across a diverse and evolving technology landscape. This role offers strong technical ownership and exposure to both modern and established platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business applications aligned to business needs
• Design, implement, and support system integrations
• Investigate and resolve application, data, and integration issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Support controlled delivery of changes into production
• Maintain documentation and contribute to system improvements

Key Requirements

• Experience in software development, systems integration, or application support
• Strong SQL and relational database skills
• Proven ability to analyse and resolve complex technical issues
• Experience working across multiple systems and dependencies
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with legacy platforms (e.g. IBM i / RPG) is advantageous
