Job Description:

A top client of ours, a highly respected and well-established financial services organisation, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their growing IT and Change function. Job Responsibilities

  • Lead business requirements gathering and analysis activities, translating business needs into clearly defined specifications.
  • Design and document efficient business processes in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with IT and operational teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions that align with the organisation’s goals.
  • Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), including creating test cases and tracking outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and reports.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions to ensure internal teams can support implemented changes effectively.
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance system functionality and performance.


Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst role within the financial services sector, preferably in life and pensions or wealth management.
  • Strong experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • Proven track record in requirement elicitation, stakeholder engagement, and business process improvement.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.


Desirable Skills

  • Strong understanding of financial products and regulatory frameworks in Ireland.
  • Experience using tools for process mapping and documentation.
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are advantageous.


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
