Job Responsibilities
- Lead business requirements gathering and analysis activities, translating business needs into clearly defined specifications.
- Design and document efficient business processes in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with IT and operational teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions that align with the organisation’s goals.
- Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), including creating test cases and tracking outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and reports.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions to ensure internal teams can support implemented changes effectively.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance system functionality and performance.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst role within the financial services sector, preferably in life and pensions or wealth management.
- Strong experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Proven track record in requirement elicitation, stakeholder engagement, and business process improvement.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Desirable Skills
- Strong understanding of financial products and regulatory frameworks in Ireland.
- Experience using tools for process mapping and documentation.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are advantageous.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
