Business Development Manager

We are currently partnering with a leading European provider of data cabling and network solutions to recruit a Business Development Manager for their Dublin operation. With an established international footprint and strong partnerships with globally recognised brands, this organisation delivers high-quality infrastructure solutions across commercial, industrial, and data centre environments. The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth across key sectors, developing new opportunities, and strengthening existing client relationships. You will play a central role in promoting and specifying strategic product lines, while also contributing to the development and execution of the company’s commercial strategy. The position requires a proactive, commercially focused individual who can work collaboratively and provide regular insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
• Promote and support the specification of key product offerings
• Build, manage, and grow long-term client and partner relationships
• Contribute to the development and execution of commercial strategy
• Monitor market activity and report insights to the Sales Director

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years’ experience within the electrical or data networking industry
• Proven track record in business development and/or account management
• Strong understanding of channel sales and route-to-market strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
