My Dublin City Centre based client is recruiting for a Business Solutions Manager to join a growing team this role requires 2 days per week onsite.


Role Overview

The Business Solutions Manager leads technology-enabled business change, improving applications, processes and digital capability to deliver measurable business value.

The role manages a portfolio of technology and transformation initiatives, translating business requirements into practical solutions while providing leadership across delivery, resources, stakeholders and team development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital transformation, business improvement and technology initiatives aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Deliver complex technology and business-change projects within agreed scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, applications, integrations, data and digital capability.
  • Manage project priorities, governance, risks, dependencies, resources and capacity.
  • Provide oversight of business applications, systems and technology solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, operational teams, technical specialists and external partners.
  • Manage third-party suppliers, contracts and service delivery.
  • Ensure technology investment and change initiatives deliver measurable benefits and value.
  • Lead, manage and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
  • Support budget planning, business cases, investment decisions and resource planning.


Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' senior-level experience in technology, digital transformation, business solutions or a related field.
  • Proven delivery of complex technology, transformation and business-change projects or programmes.
  • Strong experience in business applications, business analysis and process improvement.
  • Strong project/programme management, governance and risk-management capability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers and technology partners.
  • Budget management and business-case development experience.
  • Ability to translate business strategy and requirements into practical technology solutions.
  • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to operate effectively at senior-management level.


Qualifications

  • Relevant third-level qualification in technology, computing, engineering, science, business or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a regulated, public-sector, healthcare, scientific or similarly complex environment is advantageous.
  • Procurement experience and additional professional or postgraduate qualifications are desirable.
