Business Analyst – Financial Services / Technology Change

We’re currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major technology and transformation programme within the financial services sector.

You’ll work across business and technology teams, helping to understand existing processes, define requirements and shape solutions across a range of IT and business change initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements
• Map existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
• Work closely with development, testing and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Support solution design, testing, implementation and business readiness
• Manage BA deliverables and ensure requirements remain clearly understood
• Build strong relationships across business, IT and senior stakeholder groups

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within technology/change environments
• Financial services experience
• Experience across Agile and Waterfall delivery
• Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and analytical skills
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams
