Business Transformation Technical Lead

We’re looking for a Business Transformation Technical Lead to bridge business change and IT delivery, playing a key role in delivering impactful transformation initiatives.

You’ll work closely with the Programme Manager to drive the successful delivery of a major broker and underwriting application, ensuring seamless collaboration across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical deployments, ensuring timely monthly releases
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and manage delivery via JIRA
• Plan and execute go-live strategies, including risk management and post-release support
• Analyse and optimise business processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate across business, IT, and delivery teams to align on shared goals
• Support change adoption through training and stakeholder engagement
• Oversee testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Facilitate workshops and guide cross-functional teams through transformation phases

Skills & Experience

• Strong background in IT delivery, business transformation, or technical project leadership
• Experience managing deployments, releases, and go-live activities
• Skilled in process mapping (e.g. BPMN, UML)
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Collaborative approach, working closely with programme leadership
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
• Relevant certifications (Agile, CBAP, Project Management) desirable
