Our client, a high-performing digital marketing agency operating across Australia, the UK, and Europe, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Campaign Management. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing paid media execution, managing a team of campaign specialists, and ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality results across a diverse client base.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a distributed team of campaign managers.

  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and growth.

  • Support hiring and resourcing based on capacity and skill needs.

Campaign Oversight

  • Lead campaign strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Maintain high performance standards, directly manage key accounts, and oversee tracking, reporting, and optimisation.

  • Ensure campaign structures, targeting, and creative align with client objectives.

Process & Delivery

  • Define and implement scalable processes, tools, and frameworks for campaign planning and reporting.

  • Ensure consistency and efficiency across all paid media delivery operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with account managers, strategy, and operations teams to ensure campaign efforts are aligned with broader client goals.

  • Promote collaboration and shared learning across functions.

Innovation & Platform Expertise

  • Stay updated on trends, tools, and platform changes.

  • Lead internal briefings, testing initiatives, and innovation within the paid media function.


Candidate Requirements

Essential

  • 5+ years in performance marketing, with strong experience in Google Ads and Meta.

  • Prior team leadership experience, ideally in a digital agency.

  • Deep knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Excel.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Desirable

  • Experience in white-label or agency environments.

  • Familiarity with TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, and cross-channel strategy.

  • Passion for coaching, developing talent, and continuous improvement.
