My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. This role requires 2 - 3 days onsite. The Customer Service Specialist needs to have prior insurance experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of personal lines insurance, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and after-sales customer queries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a professional and supportive experience.
- Contribute to customer retention efforts by achieving renewal and retention targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within internal systems.
- Respond to customer requests promptly and efficiently.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Complete administrative tasks with precision, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of insurance systems (e.g., Applied Relay) is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, motivated, and customer-focused attitude.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum APA qualification required.
- Proven experience within the insurance industry is essential.
- Experience in customer service, renewals, or policy administration roles is an advantage.
