My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. This role requires 2 - 3 days onsite. The Customer Service Specialist needs to have prior insurance experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of personal lines insurance, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and after-sales customer queries.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a professional and supportive experience.
  • Contribute to customer retention efforts by achieving renewal and retention targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within internal systems.
  • Respond to customer requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
  • Complete administrative tasks with precision, accuracy, and attention to detail.


Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance systems (e.g., Applied Relay) is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, motivated, and customer-focused attitude.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum APA qualification required.
  • Proven experience within the insurance industry is essential.
  • Experience in customer service, renewals, or policy administration roles is an advantage.
