Dynamics 365 Developer

We are partnering with a growing, enterprise-level organisation undergoing a major CRM transformation programme. This is an opportunity for an experienced CRM Developer to take ownership within a business-critical Microsoft Dynamics environment.

This is a hands-on development role within a structured Agile team, ideal for someone who enjoys working across architecture, integrations and full lifecycle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM v9.1 (on-premises) or higher
• Contribute to CRM architecture and enterprise-level integrations
• Develop C# Web API solutions within a .NET environment
• Integrate CRM with Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange, SSRS and internal systems via APIs
• Design and maintain SQL Server databases
• Write and optimise T-SQL queries and stored procedures
• Develop SSRS reports and ETL processes using SSIS
• Work within Agile delivery teams
• Manage backlogs and work items using Azure DevOps
• Support structured release cycles through Azure DevOps pipelines

Required Experience

• Strong experience developing on Dynamics CRM 9.1+ (on-prem)
• Proven background as a .NET Software Developer
• Experience implementing C# Web APIs
• Advanced SQL Server knowledge including T-SQL, SSRS and SSIS
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of Azure DevOps
