Full-Stack Developer (Data Integration)

My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Full Stack Developer (Data Integration) this is a perm role working on a hybrid model. We’re looking for a dynamic and ambitious full-stack developer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building impactful solutions across the entire tech stack.

In this role, you’ll design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions to ensure that critical enterprise data such as customer, product, and supplier information is consistent, accessible, and well-integrated across platforms. You’ll play a key part in automating data flows, improving system interoperability, and delivering value through robust architecture and innovative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of full-stack applications and data integration solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and usability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, infrastructure, and operations teams to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
• Resolve complex bugs and integration issues efficiently while communicating clearly with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage DevOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows to streamline deployment and updates.
• Maintain and evolve existing solutions—balancing BAU maintenance with innovation and enhancements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, recommend improvements, and continuously apply best practices across front-end and back-end development.
• Contribute proactively to team dynamics—bringing energy, initiative, and a commitment to shared success.

Experience Required

• Strong experience across both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET) technologies.
• Proven track record of building and integrating data-centric systems at scale.
• A solid understanding of data models, APIs, and automation pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a knack for getting to the root cause of technical challenges.
• An agile, growth-oriented mindset—you learn fast, adapt quickly, and are energized by new challenges.
• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to navigate technical and non-technical conversations with ease.
• Experience working in dynamic, collaborative environments and managing competing priorities.
