Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Define project scopes, create comprehensive plans, and manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor and manage project risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
- Provide clear and regular updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with quality, security, and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure delivery through feedback loops and performance metrics.
- Oversee vendor performance, ensuring contract and SLA adherence.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for software deployments and operational needs.
- Maintain audit and compliance documentation throughout project execution.
Experience Required
- Strong background in IT infrastructure project management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing complex infrastructure projects in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in areas such as cloud infrastructure, networking, data centres, security, and IT operations.
- Proven experience working with offshore teams and managing large-scale technical environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across various organisational levels.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in high-governance and regulated industries, particularly financial services.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with vendor and service management processes and tools.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
