Job Title: Senior Oracle Fusion Analyst

Our client, a global organisation undergoing significant digital transformation, is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Analyst to deliver innovative and scalable back-office solutions through Oracle Fusion technologies. The successful candidate will work across finance, operations, and technology functions to implement best-in-class cloud systems that enhance efficiency, insight, and automation.

Job Responsibilities

Solution Implementation

  • Configure and deploy Oracle applications including Oracle Fusion ERP, PaaS, OCI, and EPM.
  • Build and maintain integrations, data migrations, and technical extensions.
  • Develop high-quality reports and dashboards that support business decision-making.
  • Ensure all solutions are aligned with architectural frameworks and industry best practices.

Delivery & Execution

  • Translate functional and architectural requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Oversee build, testing, and deployment phases ensuring smooth delivery to production.
  • Resolve technical issues during implementation and provide post-go-live support.
  • Contribute to cutover planning and readiness activities for successful go-live execution.

Collaboration

  • Partner with Enterprise Architects and Solution Designers to validate and optimise proposed solutions.
  • Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and infrastructure teams to ensure system alignment with operational needs.
  • Engage with DevOps and platform teams to support deployment, CI/CD, and environment management.

Governance & Documentation

  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, integrations, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Adhere to project governance frameworks and Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oracle ERP or Fusion Cloud technical delivery.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion, OIC, BI Publisher, and PL/SQL.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex Oracle solutions across multiple business areas.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with external systems through middleware or APIs.
  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other leading cloud platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimisation skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Intelligent Automation and AI-enabled finance processes.
  • Oracle certifications such as Oracle Integration Specialist or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect.
  • Awareness of enterprise architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or Oracle OUM.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical detail into business insight.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
