We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join a fast-paced IT & Change programme environment.
This role will support programme leadership and delivery teams by providing structured programme control, governance, reporting, financial tracking and delivery assurance. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring programme information is accurate, timely and decision-ready, while maintaining visibility of delivery progress, risks, issues, dependencies, resources and financials.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, milestones and delivery trackers.
- Prepare and coordinate programme reporting, including the production and distribution of governance and reporting packs.
- Maintain key programme documentation, ensuring appropriate version control and accurate record keeping.
- Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, dependency logs and decision records, ensuring actions, owners and deadlines are clearly captured and followed through.
- Support programme financial management, including budget and forecast tracking, purchase orders, invoices, accruals, resource costs and variance analysis.
- Coordinate governance forums, including agendas, meeting packs, minutes, actions, decisions and follow-up activities.
- Support change control processes, including tracking change requests, approvals and governance requirements.
- Assist with resource administration, including approvals, onboarding, offboarding, timesheets and supplier engagement.
- Work closely with Project Managers, workstream leads and business stakeholders to identify gaps, challenge incomplete information and escalate issues appropriately.
- Provide analytical and administrative support across the wider programme as required.
Experience & Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2–3+ years' experience in a PMO Analyst, project support or programme delivery support role.
- A strong understanding of project and programme governance, including planning, reporting, RAID management, dependencies and change control.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to reconcile information from multiple sources and identify inconsistencies.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality programme data.
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and programme collaboration tools; experience with MS Project, Planner or similar platforms would be advantageous.
- Previous exposure to financial tracking, resource reporting, supplier administration or governance reporting would be beneficial.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to work independently while escalating issues appropriately will be important for success in this position.
