PMO Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the management, assessment and governance of third-party technology suppliers. The role will focus on coordinating supplier risk and due diligence activities, maintaining governance records, monitoring remediation actions and working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure assessments and reviews progress effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology supplier due diligence and risk assessment activities
• Manage the distribution, completion and tracking of supplier questionnaires and assessments
• Review and maintain supplier responses, evidence and supporting documentation
• Maintain supplier risk registers, governance trackers and action logs
• Monitor remediation plans and follow up on outstanding or overdue actions
• Support supplier governance meetings, risk reviews and business reviews
• Coordinate activities between technology suppliers and relevant internal stakeholders
• Maintain contract information, key dates and associated governance documentation
• Assist with contract reviews using established risk and security requirements
• Maintain accurate supplier documentation across Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
• Produce regular reporting on supplier assessments, risks, actions and remediation progress
• Support the development of management information, governance metrics and dashboards

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a governance, compliance, PMO, supplier management, procurement or similar coordination-focused environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Experience maintaining risk registers, trackers, action logs or governance documentation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with and following up with both suppliers and internal teams
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook
• Experience coordinating assessments, audits, reviews or remediation activities would be advantageous
• Exposure to technology risk, cybersecurity, third-party risk or regulatory compliance would be beneficial
• Familiarity with frameworks or regulatory requirements such as NIS2 or ISO 27001 would be an advantage
