Programme Manager Technical Cutover (Data Readiness & Migration)

My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Programme Manager - Technical Cutover including Data Readiness and Migration. This is initially a 6 month with a view to go longer. The Programme Manager will lead and coordinate all aspects of the technical cutover, ensuring systems, infrastructure, and data migration activities are fully prepared to enable a smooth and controlled go-live. 

Key Responsibilities

Cutover Planning & Delivery

• Design and manage the integrated cutover plan.

• Develop detailed runbooks and track progress against milestones.

• Identify and manage interdependencies across workstreams.

• Facilitate readiness reviews to confirm go-live preparedness.

Data Readiness

• Ensure all functions meet required data quality standards.

• Drive and coordinate data cleansing, validation, and sign-off.

• Oversee the setup of reconciliation dashboards to track accuracy and completeness.

Data Migration

• Lead the execution of data migration activities from planning through to completion.

• Monitor data loads, resolve issues, and manage defect resolution.

• Track and report on migration KPIs and readiness metrics.

• Build dual-running and transitional requirements into the cutover approach.
