Contract Type: 6-Month Daily Rate Contract


Location: Dublin – Hybrid (2-3 days on-site per week)

A major organisation in the financial services sector is seeking a highly capable Project Coordinator to join an enterprise-level infrastructure programme. This role offers the chance to work within a large-scale, professional environment on key projects involving logistics, onboarding, and hardware distribution. Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of infrastructure-related projects, including onboarding logistics and hardware rollouts
  • Manage key administrative processes and track project activities against milestones
  • Work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless hardware distribution and setup
  • Support project reporting, documentation, and progress tracking using project management tools
  • Engage stakeholders regularly and ensure clear, professional communication across all project stages
  • Assist with planning in areas such as Service Management and Infrastructure changes
  • Facilitate timely laptop distribution and support user onboarding processes
  • Maintain detailed project records and support team coordination efforts


Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a project coordination role, ideally within infrastructure or technology-focused environments
  • Previous client-facing experience with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficient in project documentation, logistics support, and coordination of administrative tasks
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and Teams


Desirable Skills

  • Experience participating in infrastructure planning and service management projects
  • Ability to manage onboarding processes and support end-user setup activities
  • Formal Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline is preferred
