We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple technology and change initiatives within a dynamic transformation portfolio. The role focuses on application implementation, systems integration, and service transition, supporting the introduction of new digital solutions within a complex business environment.

You will work across multiple concurrent projects, partnering with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers, while managing dependencies across technology and business change streams. This role requires strong delivery discipline, adaptability, and excellent stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology and application-based projects, from initiation through to implementation and transition into service

  • Scope, plan, and deliver programmes of work to agreed timelines, quality standards, and budgets

  • Manage internal stakeholders across multiple business areas, as well as external vendors and delivery partners

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, critical path, and resourcing

  • Identify and manage interdependencies across technology and business initiatives

  • Define project resource requirements and work with leadership to ensure appropriate allocation

  • Establish and maintain robust project governance, reporting, and controls

  • Produce clear and accurate management information on delivery status, risks, and issues

  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues

  • Manage change control to ensure delivery remains within agreed budget and scope

  • Prioritise workload effectively across multiple projects and competing objectives

Skills & Experience

  • Formal Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile certification)

  • 4–5+ years’ experience delivering projects in a project management role

  • Strong experience in application implementation and systems integration

  • Agile delivery experience within fast-paced, change-oriented environments

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills

  • Strong attention to detail with a structured and organised approach

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Proficiency with standard project delivery tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, MS Office suite)
