Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through to implementation and closure. The successful candidate will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to projects, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards, while maintaining a strong focus on stakeholder and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across business, technology, and change teams
• Define project scope, objectives, and delivery plans aligned to business priorities
• Manage governance, reporting, and change control throughout the project lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery teams
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Own project budgets and ensure effective cost control
• Coordinate and manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners
• Provide clear, concise status updates to project teams and senior leadership
• Ensure project deliverables are reviewed, approved, and signed off

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks
• Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing vendors and external partners
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior leaders
• Experience using project and portfolio management tools (e.g. Jira, Clarity, or similar)
