Project Manager

We’re working with a leading organisation to hire an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact technology initiatives across IT Controls, Infrastructure Modernisation, and Network Refresh programmes.

This role is ideal for a delivery-driven PM who’s comfortable operating in regulated environments, working with senior stakeholders, and taking ownership from initiation through to operational handover.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT Controls Framework initiatives, ensuring alignment with governance, regulatory and security requirements
• Manage infrastructure and network refresh projects, including planning, migration and cutover activities
• Own project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs and dependencies
• Drive strong governance, reporting and executive-level communication
• Support audits, control testing and remediation activities where required
• Lead change initiatives into BAU, following established release, change and quality management processes
• Manage vendors and contracts to ensure delivery and strong working relationships
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across technology and the business

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience as an IT Project Manager delivering infrastructure and/or network projects
• Proven delivery of controls frameworks or governance-led initiatives
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure concepts
• Experience working in regulated or controlled environments (financial services / insurance preferred)
• Confident managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working across Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• Degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, Computing, Engineering, Accounting or a related discipline
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in relevant project management roles
