Project Manager

We’re currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex business and technology change initiatives within a large, regulated environment.

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups while maintaining strong governance, reporting and delivery discipline.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage projects from initial planning through delivery and transition into BAU
• Define and manage scope, timelines, milestones, budgets and resources
• Coordinate multiple technical and business workstreams
• Maintain detailed project plans and governance documentation
• Manage RAID logs, dependencies, actions and project reporting
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively address risks and issues
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide clear updates to senior leadership and governance forums
• Support implementation, business readiness and transition activities
• Manage competing priorities across scope, schedule, quality, resources and risk
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management, Programme Management or technology/change delivery
• Strong experience delivering complex business and IT change
• Experience within digital and Agile delivery environments
• Recognised Project Management qualification
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation capability
• Experience working within structured governance frameworks
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management experience
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and steering groups
• Experience within financial services or regulated environments would be advantageous
