Project Manager

What you’ll do:

As Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver business and technical outcomes, managing projects from initiation through to closure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining project scope and objectives
• Managing budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and governance
• Coordinating project documentation and stakeholder communication
• Ensuring seamless transitions to production and operational readiness
• Supporting quality assurance and user acceptance testing

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects — ideally within financial services. Key experience includes:

• Project governance and budget management
• Stakeholder engagement and team leadership
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus
• Bonus: experience with Risk-Free Rate constructs or Markets & Treasury operations
