Our Dublin based client is looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Reporting Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role involves delivering high-quality reports and analytics by working with key stakeholders and utilising Oracle E-Business Suite. In addition, this role involves supporting critical decision-making processes within a global organisation and ensuring accurate, efficient, and insightful reporting on business data. This is a daily rate contract role offering excellent daily rates.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports using Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) tools like Oracle Discoverer, BI Publisher, and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
  • Data Analysis: Analyse business data from Oracle E-Business Suite to support business decision-making and strategy formulation.
  • System Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS reporting issues.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various teams including Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to understand reporting needs and ensure the timely delivery of reports.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all reports, processes, and procedures.
  • Process Improvements: Continuously improve reporting processes by identifying and recommending enhancements, automation opportunities, and best practices.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and reporting standards


Required Skills & Experience:


  • Oracle E-Business Suite: Strong experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite
  • SQL Expertise: Proficient in SQL for querying and data extraction from Oracle databases.
  • Reporting Tools: Demonstrated experience with Oracle-based reporting tools, such as Oracle Discoverer, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
  • Data Analysis


Qualifications:


  • Degree or Equivalent: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
