Scrum Master

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to support the delivery of complex digital and technology change initiatives within a large enterprise environment.

You’ll work closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, architects and business stakeholders to drive delivery, remove blockers and ensure teams remain focused on delivering high-value outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coach cross-functional Agile teams
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
• Drive delivery across scope, timelines, quality and agreed outcomes
• Support backlog refinement, prioritisation, forecasting and release planning
• Identify and manage risks, issues, blockers and dependencies
• Coordinate across engineering, architecture, security, infrastructure and data teams
• Provide clear delivery updates to senior stakeholders
• Track sprint performance, velocity and delivery forecasts
• Promote effective Agile and software delivery practices
• Support release and change activities where required

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience within IT/technology environments
• 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead or similar
• Strong Agile and Scrum delivery experience
• Experience delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Good understanding of software engineering and technology delivery
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Agile certification such as CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP or equivalent
• Experience within financial services or another regulated industry is advantageous

This role would suit a delivery-focused Agile professional who can bring structure, momentum and collaboration to complex technology programmes.
