Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join an established organisation on a fixed-term contract to support a range of strategic initiatives, including continuous improvement and large-scale business transformation programs.

In this role, you will design and deliver solution architectures that enable seamless connectivity between core enterprise systems, CRM platforms, and integration technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver solution architectures for strategic programmes.
• Develop high- and low-level integration designs across core enterprise systems, CRM (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales), and supporting platforms.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and integration standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation efforts.
• Present solution designs to governance bodies and ensure adherence to security, operational resilience, and compliance requirements.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and promote best practices within the architecture function.

Experience & Skills Required

• 10+ years’ experience in IT, including 5+ years in a Solution Architect role.
• Strong background in integration architecture (including REST APIs), Kubernetes, and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Experience working across hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud), ideally with Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Good understanding of architecture governance, patterns, and IT standards.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across technical and business areas.
• Insurance or financial services experience is advantageous.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, IASA).
• Technical certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM or Microsoft 365 are beneficial.
