Technology Consulting Senior Manager Technology Resilience & Digital Risk

A global professional services organisation is seeking a Senior Manager to join a growing Financial Services technology risk and resilience practice in Dublin.

This role focuses on leading client engagements across technology risk, operational resilience, digital and cyber governance, third-party risk, and emerging technology risk, while supporting team development and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology risk and resilience engagements

• Provide expertise across IT, cyber, operational, and digital risk

• Manage and develop client-facing teams

• Build trusted relationships with senior FS stakeholders

• Contribute to proposals and business development activity

• Ensure strong governance, quality, and risk management standards

Experience Required

• Senior Manager–level experience in technology risk, resilience, or cyber

• Strong Financial Services consulting background

• 8+ years’ experience, including leadership at management level

• Relevant technology-related degree

Desirable: regulatory exposure, emerging technology experience, recognised risk or security certifications.
