Test Automation Engineer

We are supporting our client in hiring an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join their product team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking technology solution that integrates mobile and web platforms, supported by a cloud-based infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing automated testing processes to ensure the reliability, scalability, and quality of applications delivered by our client’s team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts across mobile and web applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX specialists to ensure quality at every stage of delivery.
• Design and implement testing strategies tailored to cloud-based environments.
• Identify, record, and track software defects, driving their resolution with engineering teams.
• Contribute to the enhancement of testing frameworks and introduce best practices.
• Support the validation of advanced features, including AI-driven functionality.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in automated testing for both web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency with modern testing frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with AWS environments and cloud-based testing.
• Exposure to, or interest in, AI-related technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to attend the Dublin office at least two days per week.
