Transformation Programme Manager

Our Dublin based client are looking for a Program Manager to join their team for a daily rate contract position

Initial 6 month contract with good potential for longer term extensions

Client is looking for an individual with experience in Business Transformation at a Programme Management level

Responsibilities 

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to and be capable to challenge the Business, Technical, Implementation and Governance Stream scope
• Estimates projects into Plans, Delivery Model, Cost estimates, RAID’s and benefits
• Perform case impact assessments.
• Drive and coordinate the required inputs, narratives and planning to support local, regional and group approvals
• Coordinate and drive the transition towards overall programme delivery
• Bring the programme forward to the next phase with teams and professional Services partners.

Experience 

• 8 – 10 years of programme / Complex Project delivery experience, with majority preferential in Insurance, Banking or Financial Services.
• Experienced working in Waterfall & Agile delivery environments.
• Experience in managing delivery with Professional Services Technology and Consulting partners
• Ability to challenge designs, approaches, estimates and plans
• Ability to distil information for Multiple Senior Stakeholders (incl. Board, Senior Executives & Business Directors
• High level of experience in planning and delivery management
• Ability to effectively work as part of large management team that is made up of Business and Technical personnel
• In this role you will be dealing with SME’s/Senior Managers, Professional Services Delivery Managers and Consultants,
• Have experience in the some of the following project areas : Customer & Data Migration, CRM, Data transformation, Digital, AI implementation
