A fast growing SaaS company, specialising in complex data management solutions for enterprise clients, are looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to join them.

They are seeking an experienced and proactive Agile Delivery Lead to drive the successful execution of our development initiatives. This role sits at the heart of our software delivery process, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and QA teams while managing multiple concurrent workstreams.

This role requires someone with strong delivery management skills, capable of navigating complex dependencies, coordinating multi-environment releases, and continuously improving team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead agile ceremonies across our 3-week sprint cycles
• Coordinate end-to-end release processes across multiple environments and clients
• Identify and remove obstacles that impede progress
• Track progress across workstreams
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning
• Serve as a central point of coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Proactively manage risks, escalating where necessary with well-defined mitigation strategies
• Support team coaching and process optimisation tailored to our agile environment
