You'll be part of a growing data team and play a crucial role in building out the company's BI capability. Working with modern tooling like Looker, Snowflake, and dbt, you'll help define what great looks like for analytics at scale in a regulated, high growth environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimise self serve dashboards and reports to track core business metrics across teams.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business questions, hypothesis testing, and problem solving, presenting findings in an accessible format.
  • Collaborate with analytics engineers and data engineers to ensure data quality, usability, and documentation within data pipelines and modelling tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their data needs, foster trust in analytics outputs, and deliver training or documentation to improve data literacy.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and reporting processes, implementing automation where possible to reduce manual effort.

Requirements:

  • 2+ professional experience in BI, data analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying data and experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong curiosity and ability to find patterns and tell stories through data visualisation and clear communication.
  • Organised with excellent time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic about leveraging AI and automation technologies to enhance analytical workflows and efficiency.
