Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Map AS-IS processes, tools, and ways of working across multiple regions, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation.
- Define TO-BE processes and support the creation of a clear future-state aligned to a new target operating model.
- Produce a comprehensive readiness blueprint, outlining what "ready" looks like across all business areas impacted.
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and change impacts, providing structured insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth integration towards go-live.
- Contribute to operational readiness activities, accelerating regional preparedness for integration.
Business Analyst Requirements:
- Proven experience in large-scale business change, transformation, or operating model redesign.
- Strong background in process mapping, requirements gathering, and defining AS-IS/TO-BE states.
- Ability to navigate complex organisational structures with significant people, process, and technology impacts.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced programme.
