Business Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Map AS-IS processes, tools, and ways of working across multiple regions, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation.
  • Define TO-BE processes and support the creation of a clear future-state aligned to a new target operating model.
  • Produce a comprehensive readiness blueprint, outlining what "ready" looks like across all business areas impacted.
  • Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and change impacts, providing structured insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth integration towards go-live.
  • Contribute to operational readiness activities, accelerating regional preparedness for integration.

Business Analyst Requirements:

  • Proven experience in large-scale business change, transformation, or operating model redesign.
  • Strong background in process mapping, requirements gathering, and defining AS-IS/TO-BE states.
  • Ability to navigate complex organisational structures with significant people, process, and technology impacts.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced programme.
