Own the compliance and security backbone of a fast-growing digital health company trusted by healthcare partners and used by millions worldwide.

We're helping this company find a Compliance & IT Operations Manager to take the lead on governance, security operations, and compliance in a highly regulated environment. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with real ownership, visibility, and influence across the business.

You'll work directly with leadership, engineering, and product teams to strengthen and scale the systems, controls, and processes that keep the organisation secure, audit-ready, and trusted by healthcare stakeholders.

What You'll Own

• ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, DTAC & DSPT compliance
• GDPR, DPIAs & supplier due diligence
• Microsoft Entra & Intune administration
• Access control, endpoint security & device compliance
• Pen test coordination & remediation tracking
• Risk management, governance & audit readiness
