As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the strategic partner and advocate for enterprise clients across the U.S., ensuring their long-term success, security, and satisfaction. If you're customer-obsessed, commercially aware, and passionate about cybersecurity, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilties:

  • Managing a portfolio of enterprise customers across the U.S., ensuring onboarding, adoption, and long-term engagement.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Acting as a strategic advisor on how to maximize value from the platform and improve their security posture.
  • Leading regular business reviews, providing insights and actionable recommendations based on customer goals and usage data.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing risks to customer satisfaction, renewals, and growth.
  • Working closely with internal teams (Support, Product, Sales, Engineering) to resolve customer challenges and advocate for enhancements.
  • Supporting commercial goals including retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles in a B2B software or cybersecurity environment.
  • A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and business impacts (or a demonstrated interest in learning quickly).
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • A consultative, data-informed approach to helping customers achieve value and ROI.
  • Proficiency with customer success and CRM tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • A self-starter mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • U.S.-based with the ability to travel occasionally to customer locations or industry events.

Desirable:

  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, SOAR, endpoint security, or threat intelligence platforms.
  • Experience supporting technical or security-minded stakeholders (CISOs, SOC teams, IT leaders).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CSM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
