Cybersecurity Sales Specialist
Location: US East Coast (Remote)
Compensation: $150k Base + $300k OTE (Uncapped)

The Fruition Group is proud to be partnering with a leading global cybersecurity systems integrator in the search for a high-performing Cybersecurity Sales Specialist to drive growth across the US enterprise market.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional with a strong background in cybersecurity solutions. Our client delivers advanced security services to some of the most complex and high-risk organisations in the world and is now expanding its US sales function.

The Role

As a Cybersecurity Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and closing new business across large enterprise accounts. Representing a full-stack portfolio of cybersecurity offerings, you will work closely with technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions tailored to customer needs. Services include:

  • Cybersecurity Consulting

  • Systems Integration

  • Cloud & Network Security

  • Threat Intelligence and Managed Security ServicesYou'll engage with senior stakeholders and play a key role in shaping clients' security strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new cybersecurity sales opportunities across the US

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including CIOs, CISOs, and IT Security leaders

  • Understand client challenges and tailor appropriate solutions from the full cybersecurity services portfolio

  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to close

  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasts, and account planning via CRM systems

  • Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and client engagements

Experience Required

  • 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, IT consulting, or related technology services

  • Proven track record in closing complex, high-value deals (>$500K)

  • Strong understanding of key cybersecurity domains (e.g., cloud security, identity, managed services, network security)

  • Ability to sell at the C-level and influence multi-stakeholder decision-making processes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) is a plus

  • Based on the US East Coast with the ability to travel as required

  • Must hold US citizenship
