Job Title: Lead Delivery Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000

Delivery Lead Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects across varying scale and complexity
  • Act as a primary client-facing contact, managing stakeholder relationships at all levels
  • Apply agile delivery practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies
  • Facilitate key agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coordinate across multiple workstreams and delivery teams where required
  • Bridge agile delivery with traditional project and programme management structures
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks while capitalising on delivery opportunities
  • Contribute to governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge, tools, and best practices

Delivery Lead Requirements

  • Experience working in the betting and gaming industry
  • Proven experience in Delivery Lead, Agile Delivery Manager, or similar roles
  • Strong expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean/Startup)
  • Understanding of SDLC practices including BDD and collaborative techniques such as Three Amigos
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and client engagement skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with clear documentation ability
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and inspire teams
  • Commercial awareness and confidence operating in complex environments
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results under pressure
