About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead our software engineering team and drive successful project delivery across a modern C#/.NET technology stack. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical understanding with proven leadership and people management skills. You'll oversee delivery pipelines, mentor engineers, and ensure our products are delivered to the highest standard - on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers
* Drive delivery across multiple concurrent projects and ensure alignment with business goals
* Oversee technical direction, architecture, and best practices within a C#/.NET environment
* Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise work and manage timelines
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and accountability
Skills & Experience
Required:
* Proven experience in software delivery management or development leadership roles
* Strong background in the C#/.NET tech stack
* Experience leading and developing engineering teams
* Track record of delivering high-quality software projects on time
* Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
* Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or Agile methodologies
* Background in hands-on development or architecture
* Knowledge of cloud-based applications and modern development practices
