Our client, a leading global vendor in cybersecurity and network performance solutions, is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their high-performing enterprise sales team. This is a strategic, quota-carrying role focused on direct sales to Fortune 1000 customers within the NYC region.

As their exclusive talent partner, we're seeking a sales hunter who thrives in a fast-paced, technically advanced environment-and who brings experience selling into IT, infrastructure, or data center ecosystems.

The Role:

  • Drive new enterprise business within a defined territory-owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

  • Manage relationships directly with end customers (even if sales go through channel partners).

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline (minimum 4x quota) through consistent prospecting and account development.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers to deliver compelling solutions tailored to each client.

  • Develop a territory plan focused on strategic Fortune 1000 accounts.

  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers across multiple levels within target organizations.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of your customers' businesses and how our client's technology delivers measurable value.

  • Execute sales processes aligned with company best practices and forecasting standards.

Expected Experience:

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in networking, solutions, cybersecurity, or observability solutions.

  • Proven ability to sell into IT and data center teams, including at the C-suite level.

  • A strong, quantifiable track record of consistent quota attainment and territory growth.

  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large enterprise accounts.

  • Skilled in pipeline development, opportunity qualification, and closing net new business.

  • Deep familiarity with the NYC enterprise landscape, with a solid book of contacts a strong plus.

  • Self-motivated and confident managing a large, strategic territory with minimal oversight.

The Offer:

  • Base Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
  • Uncapped OTE : $280,000 - $300,000
  • Annual Equity
