The Fruition Group is proud to be partnering with a global cybersecurity systems integrator in their search for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to help expand their presence across the US market.
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with deep knowledge of the enterprise cybersecurity space. Our client delivers cutting-edge security solutions and services to some of the world's most complex organizations - and they are now expanding their US enterprise sales team.
The Role:
As Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new enterprise customer deals. Working closely with solution architects and global delivery teams, you'll represent a full-stack portfolio of cybersecurity services - including consulting, systems integration, cloud security, and threat intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development by identifying and closing enterprise sales opportunities across the US.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Security Directors) at Fortune 1000-level organizations.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer environments and position relevant cybersecurity solutions accordingly.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, solution mapping, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal technical and consulting teams to ensure alignment on client needs and delivery capabilities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and account plans to report pipeline and performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, security summits, and key prospect meetings.
Experience:
- 5-8+ years of enterprise sales experience in the cybersecurity, IT consulting, or technology services sector.
- Proven success in closing complex, high-value B2B deals ($500K+).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains (cloud security, network security, identity, managed services, etc.).
- Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and influence large buying groups.
- Self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) is a plus.
- Location-flexible: US East Coast based with willingness to travel as needed.
The Offer:
- Base : $ 150k
- OTE : $ 300k (Uncapped)
