Job Purpose:

This full time, permanent Project Manager role sits across both the Technology and Transformation teams, delivering larger scale initiatives that drive strategic business outcomes. With a structured and outcome focused approach, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with business priorities.

You will act as a strategic enabler, aligning people, plans and priorities to ensure successful project delivery across technology and business improvement initiatives. Using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid, you'll bring clarity, discipline and governance to project execution while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.

This is a high impact role suited to a confident, structured, and adaptable project professional with proven experience leading mid to large technology projects.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Own and coordinate delivery governance, ensuring visibility across all in year initiatives.
  • Lead the technology prioritisation process in collaboration with senior leaders.
  • Promote structured planning and delivery discipline to build stakeholder trust.
  • Track and report progress against the annual business strategy and roadmap.
  • Build the case for change by identifying and quantifying business value.
  • Support development of business cases including cost benefit analysis and resource planning.
  • Engage and manage external delivery partners to ensure all milestones are achieved.
  • Drive clear, consistent communication of progress, risks, and priorities.
  • Ensure seamless transition from project to operational steady state.
  • Support training, communication, and change management planning.

Senior Project Manager Requirements:

Essential:

  • Strong project management experience in technology focused environments.
  • Proven track record delivering midsized to large scale projects.
  • Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred)
  • Experience working within or alongside technical teams.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, facilitation and prioritisation.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to influence at senior levels.
  • Experience in multi workstream environments with a focus on delivery governance.
