About the Role

We're recruiting a Head of Change to join a newly established Central Transformation Office for an enterprise business in Leeds.

This is a rare greenfield opportunity to build enterprise-wide change capability from the ground up during a period of significant strategic growth and transformation. As Head of Change, you'll hold a critical senior leadership position, working closely with key stakeholders, including c-suite.

You'll be responsible for preparing, enabling and embedding organisational change across all business units. Your primary focus will be ensuring the organisation is fully equipped structurally, culturally and operationally to absorb and optimise strategic change initiatives, delivering maximum impact and sustained benefits.

This role offers genuine strategic influence during a transformational period for a profitable, high-growth business with ambitious expansion plans and clear strategic direction.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide change management and organisational readiness strategy aligned with the company's strategic transformation objectives
  • Integrate best-practice change management frameworks (such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Model) adapted to the company's culture and operational context
  • Work closely with senior business leaders and transformation sponsors to ensure alignment, commitment, and advocacy for strategic initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor on all aspects of change management and organisational readiness for senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Conduct rigorous impact assessments for transformation programmes to identify key risks, dependencies, and readiness issues
  • Design and deliver targeted training, communication plans, coaching, and resource tools to equip teams effectively for change
  • Own the change lens on Organisational Design, ensuring the target operating model and capability map drive the required organisation structure

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5-7 years of senior experience leading change management and organisational readiness in large-scale, complex organisations
  • Proven track record of embedding enterprise-wide change across multiple business units
  • Professional Change Management accreditation (e.g. Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent)
  • Experience managing change across multi-site operations with large, diverse workforces
  • Understanding of 24/7 operational environments and shift-based workforce dynamics
