IT Business Analyst - HRIS Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert across HR systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance and Learning
- Lead business analysis activities for HR transformation initiatives, including process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
- Capture, analyse and document as-is and to-be HR processes using BPMN standards
- Translate business and HR requirements into future-state operating models, data flows and integration designs
- Collaborate with HR, IT, programme leadership and third-party partners to ensure seamless system integration
- Support testing, business readiness and continuous improvement initiatives
IT Business Analyst - HRIS Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR or IT Business Analyst within HR technology or transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and HR system integrations
- Experience documenting business processes, data flows and integration requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience using techniques such as MoSCoW, SWOT and BPMN
