IAM Engineer

My client, a leading software organisation, is looking for a hands on IAM Engineer to play a key role in Okta configuration, application onboarding, and identity integration across a fast paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and administer the Okta IAM platform, including applications, groups, policies, and MFA
• Lead application onboarding for off-the-shelf SaaS solutions into the IAM environment
• Implement and manage SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC
• Build and support user provisioning, including API-based integrations
• Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver lifecycle processes
• Support integrations within development environments for testing and deployment
• Provide BAU support, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IAM Engineer or Security Engineer
• Strong hands on experience with Okta configuration and integrations
• Solid understanding of SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
• Experience with user lifecycle management and provisioning
• Exposure to identity governance tools (SailPoint ISC desirable)
• Working knowledge of PAM tools such as Delinea (or similar)
• Background in IAM, security, or cloud identity environments
