IT and Compliance Manager Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the internal IT estate across a user base of 100+ employees
- Manage and support a mixed environment of Windows and MacOS devices
- Lead IT asset lifecycle management, including procurement, inventory, and decommissioning
- Maintain and improve compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 42001 standards
- Manage Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certification processes
- Collaborate with the Head of Technology to implement IT strategy aligned with business growth
- Ensure robust security, compliance, and operational processes across the internal IT environment
IT and Compliance Manager Requirements
- Proven experience managing internal IT for a growing technology or consultancy business
- Strong knowledge of both Windows and Mac environments
- Hands-on experience with asset management tools and IT procurement processes
- In-depth understanding of ISO compliance frameworks and UK cybersecurity standards
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote-first setting
- Strong documentation, communication, and organisational skills
- Experience supporting a cloud-first workforce; exposure to AWS, GCP, or similar cloud platforms is a plus
