Location: Newcastle / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £82,000 per annum

The Role
As the Applications Domain Solution Architect, you will be responsible for shaping end-to-end solution designs across applications and integration platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party partners to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Experience within facilities management, enterprise applications, or integration-heavy environments will be highly beneficial.
Job Title Responsibilities
- Design and govern application and integration architectures aligned to enterprise strategy
- Lead requirements discovery, solution design workshops, and technical assessments
- Produce high-quality architecture artefacts, roadmaps, and design documentation
- Collaborate across Applications, Integration, Data, and Infrastructure teams
- Participate in architecture governance and design review forums
Job Title Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect within application and integration landscapes
- Strong knowledge of API-based integration, middleware, and messaging technologies
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, CAFM systems, or contractor management solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business-focused outcomes
