Job Title: M365/PowerApps Engineer
Location: Wakefield - Hybrid (Weekly travel to London)
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the existing Microsoft 365 tenant to identify opportunities for optimisation and automation.
  • Design, build, and deploy scalable solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Develop automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Produce detailed Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation on newly developed applications.
  • Support ongoing system improvements across SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online environments.

Microsoft Power / M365 Engineer Requirements

  • Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration and configuration.
  • Strong technical skills in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI development.
  • Working knowledge of Azure AD, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams management.
  • Background in enterprise IT architecture, ideally within energy or manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience delivering ERP migrations or technology-driven change projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Degree-level education preferred.
