This is a rare chance to step into a Managing Consultant role at the ground floor of a brand new Dublin City office, backed by the strength, reputation and resources of a rapidly growing international recruitment business.

At Fruition Group Ireland, we work with some of the most exciting technology employers across Ireland, the UK, EU and USA. Following the continued success of our Bray office, we're expanding into Dublin City and we're looking for an experienced, ambitious consultant ready to take the next step in their career.

You'll be working directly alongside two consultants billing over 1.5 million euro annually, with close collaboration across our Bray and Leeds offices and our specialist tech consultancy, Enablis. The support network, the client base, and the platform are already in place. Now we need the right person to help lead it.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly into the Directors, who are among Ireland's biggest billers, you'll play a pivotal role in growing our Dublin presence. From day one, you'll be delivering for clients, developing new relationships, and beginning to build and mentor a team around you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing key accounts and building long-term strategic client relationships
• Working closely with senior consultants billing over 1.5 million euro per year, as well as colleagues across the Bray, Leeds and Enablis teams
• Sourcing and headhunting top tech talent across perm and contract disciplines via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow and beyond
• Writing and posting compelling job adverts to attract high-quality candidates
• Telephone interviewing candidates and managing the full recruitment process through to offer and onboarding
• Building a strong talent pipeline through ongoing candidate relationship management
• Using social media to develop a strong personal brand within the tech space
• Negotiating fees and terms of engagement with clients
• Managing and mentoring junior colleagues, supporting their day-to-day recruitment activity
• Keeping pace with trends across the tech industry to position yourself as a trusted market specialist
• Utilising internal tools including SourceWhale, LinkedHelper and Paiger to maximise efficiency
• Ensuring all activity and data is accurately recorded on CRM

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in tech recruitment, with a track record of billing consistently and building strong client relationships
• Experience across perm and/or contract recruitment within the tech sector
• A natural communicator who can adapt their style to different audiences and handle difficult conversations with confidence
• Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset
• An interest in leadership; you enjoy supporting and developing others as much as you enjoy billing
• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable presenting to and engaging with senior stakeholders
• Experience working to targets within a sales or recruitment environment
