Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to join a modern technology consultancy where delivery is at the heart of everything they do. You'll work in a fully client-facing role, leading projects that deliver real value while operating in a collaborative, agile-driven environment.

Whether you enjoy owning a single complex project or leading across multiple workstreams, this role offers the flexibility to operate at different levels of scale, with strong support from internal communities and governance structures.

Responsibilities

You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery across client projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved in line with expectations, timelines, and quality standards. Depending on the engagement, you may lead a single project or oversee multiple workstreams and delivery leads.

Operating as an expert in Agile delivery, you will run core ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, while also working alongside more traditional project and programme structures where required.

A key part of the role will be managing stakeholder relationships across all levels, from junior team members through to senior leadership, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and expectation management throughout delivery.

You will also act as a bridge between client delivery and internal teams, contributing to governance, sharing best practice, and supporting continuous improvement across delivery capability.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in a Delivery Lead / Agile Delivery / Project Delivery role
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
  • Experience running Agile ceremonies and managing delivery lifecycles
  • Ability to operate within hybrid delivery environments (Agile and traditional)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage risk and opportunity
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to motivate and lead teams
  • Experience with SDLC practices such as BDD and collaborative delivery techniques

What's in it for me?

You'll be part of a consultancy that values strong delivery, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Alongside a competitive salary, you'll gain exposure to a variety of projects and clients, develop your leadership capability, and be part of a supportive environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified individuals regardless of background, identity or circumstance.
