They're looking for a confident, capable IT and change Project Manager to lead multiple end-to-end business change projects - bringing strategy to life through exceptional planning, collaboration, and execution.
What You'll Do
As a key player in our Portfolio, Programme & Project Management team, you will:
- Lead the delivery of multiple global business and digital projects - from idea to implementation.
- Partner with senior sponsors to define clear benefits and deliver measurable results.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and risks with precision and transparency.
- Build trusted relationships across business and technical teams, ensuring alignment to strategic goals.
- Champion best practice in project management, promoting agile and innovative delivery approaches.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve how we deliver change across the organisation.

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience managing end-to-end business change projects (business readiness, TOM, planning, execution, delivery, benefits realisation).
- Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM).
- Proven track record of full project lifecycle delivery in complex, matrix environments.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to influence, facilitate and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience of Agile or hybrid delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
