Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews to align teams, track progress, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage project scope, changes, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver successful outcomes on time and within budget.
Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience leading projects in FinTech, financial services, or consultancy settings.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business and data processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Confident managing client relationships and navigating challenging conversations.
Desirable:
- Understanding of the asset management industry and key business workflows.
- Formal project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile qualifications.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and solve problems in project delivery.
- Skilled at translating technical requirements into business outcomes.
