Fruition Group is delighted to be exclusively retained by a global cybersecurity leader in the search for a Regional Sales Director, a 1st line Manager, to drive growth and lead an expanding team across the US Northeast.
The Role:
This is a high-impact, player-coach role ideal for a senior sales professional ready to step into their first formal leadership position-or an existing leader eager to scale a region.
You'll lead a team of Account Managers and Sales Engineers targeting large Enterprise clients, with a strong focus on Financial Services and Banking.
What You'll Do:
Lead and grow a high-performing regional sales team-recruit, mentor, and retain top talent.
Engage directly with key clients and prospects-this is a hands-on, customer-facing leadership role.
Own regional revenue targets and drive aggressive growth strategies aligned with company goals.
Collaborate on individual account plans, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, pre-sales, engineering) to align go-to-market activities.
Ensure consistent messaging, strong client experience, and adherence to company values across the region.
Travel regularly within the territory; occasional national travel required.
What You Bring:
10+ years of enterprise sales experience in Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, or Networking.
Strong background selling into large enterprise accounts, ideally in Financial Services.
Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed revenue targets.
Clear career progression with a track record of success-this isn't a role for job hoppers.
Experience mentoring or leading sales professionals.
Exceptional communication, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
Strong executive presence and ability to sell value to C-level stakeholders.
