Job Title: Senior BI Analyst

Location: Hybrid - 1 day per week in London

Salary: £70k + bonus + share options

You'll be part of a growing data team and play a crucial role in building out the company's BI capability. Working with modern tooling like Looker, Snowflake, and dbt, you'll help define what great looks like for analytics at scale in a regulated, high growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and optimise dashboards to empower self serve analytics.
  • Write robust, production level SQL in Snowflake and contribute to data transformations in dbt.
  • Define and document core business metrics, enabling consistent reporting across the business.
  • Collaborate with analytics engineers to build performant data models that support decision making.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to turn raw data into actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and scale analytics processes, tooling, and data governance.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in a BI Analyst or Engineering role.
  • Expert level SQL and strong understanding of modern data architecture.
  • Hands on experience with tools like Looker, Tableau and Power BI
  • Skilled in translating business questions into data driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with semantic layers and self serve BI environments.
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for improving data culture across teams.
